Description
The position involves performing key tasks on construction sites, focusing on reinforced concrete structures. Daily duties include cutting, bending, and assembling corrugated steel bars, always following architectural drawings and technical specifications. Internal concrete structures are also prepared and assembled, ensuring that the reinforcement bars are correctly positioned and secured. Manual and electric tools—such as shears, benders, and tie tools—are used, and measurements and tolerances are checked regularly. Maintaining order at the worksite and complying with safety regulations are essential, especially completing the mandatory 60-hour occupational risk prevention (PRL) training. Travel to the construction site is required; therefore, having a personal vehicle is necessary.
Working hours are from 6:00 to 14:00, Monday through Friday. The contract may be temporary or indefinite, depending on the project. Prior experience of at least two years in similar roles, ability to work effectively in a team, and good physical stamina are valued. No specific academic qualifications are required; however, certification in occupational risk prevention (PRL) and proficiency in using trade-specific tools are mandatory. Salary complies with the collective agreement for the construction sector and includes social security coverage and statutory vacation entitlements. Additionally, opportunities for continuous on-site training and professional development are available.
