The main responsibilities include assessing residents' physical and cognitive abilities, designing personalized intervention plans, and carrying out activities that foster their daily autonomy and well-being. Work is carried out in a welcoming residential environment, coordinated with other professionals at the facility, enabling comprehensive and close care for elderly individuals. Patience, empathy, and teamwork skills are required. This is a permanent employment contract with a part-time schedule of sixteen hours per week and flexible working hours. The monthly remuneration is five hundred eighty-four euros.
