Job Summary: We are seeking a general maintenance staff member for a hotel, responsible for managing incidents and performing various tasks to ensure the proper functioning of facilities. Key Points: 1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. 2. We seek a responsible and proactive person. 3. Proximity of residence or own vehicle is a plus. We need maintenance staff for a hotel located in Málaga City Center. Main responsibilities include general facility maintenance, incident and fault management, and electrical, masonry, painting, and plumbing work. Other duties inherent to the position are also required. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift. The schedule runs from 08:00 to 18:00, with breaks established by law. * At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible and proactive person. * Proximity of residence to the workplace or own vehicle is a plus. * Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO). \- Training related to the position.
