We deliver international projects with financial institutions, fintechs, and startups. **About the Profile** We seek an **IT Risk \& Oversight Analyst** with experience in **Technology Risk, Audit, or Second Line of Defense (2LoD)** functions, who wishes to participate in a global, highly regulated environment focused on **independent oversight of technology risk**. You will join the **Oversight Unit – IT Risk**, contributing to strengthening the technological control environment, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and supporting global decision-making. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee global compliance with corporate **IT Risk and Security policies**. * Analyze information and evidence related to **technology controls**. * Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of controls from a risk perspective. * Monitor **deviations and action plans**. * Participate in **technology risk assessment exercises** under an oversight approach. * Manage and analyze **large volumes of data** to identify risks and areas for improvement. * Prepare **executive reporting and global dashboards** using **Power BI**. * Consolidate and structure information in **advanced Excel** for tracking and control. * Maintain ongoing communication with **international teams in English**. **Requirements:** * Experience in a **Technology Risk Department**, Audit, or **Second Line of Defense** functions. * Experience in **control analysis and evidence review**. * Prior experience in the **financial sector or regulated environments** is desirable. * **Advanced Excel** (handling large data volumes, pivot tables, control models). * **Intermediate-to-advanced Power BI** (dashboard creation and maintenance). * Knowledge of **ITSM / ServiceNow** is valuable. * Technical and financial business knowledge is valuable. * **High-level English (C1) is mandatory.** **Bonus Points If You Have:** * Proactivity * Drive for self-improvement * Empathy and teamwork skills * Learning ability and attention to detail * Client orientation **We Offer:** * Open compensation package: We tailor it to your experience and expectations. * Flexible benefits: private health insurance, meal vouchers, training, etc. * Free training to support your professional growth. * Free English classes based on your proficiency level. * Opportunities to participate in diverse, interesting projects with an international focus in a continuously growing sector. **Location:** Málaga – HYBRID Join a young consulting firm and continue your professional growth and development.
