




Job Summary: We are seeking a manager for in-person customer service at an insurance delegate office, with knowledge of insurance products and experience in customer and claims management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and insurance project management 2. Handling claims using MAPFRE programs 3. Professional certification training WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MANAGER TO HANDLE IN-PERSON CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AN INSURANCE DELEGATE OFFICE (MAPFRE), WITH INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE PREFERRED. THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE ALL ASPECTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, SUCH AS ASSISTING CLIENTS WITH INSURANCE PROJECTS AND MANAGING CLAIMS USING MAPFRE PROGRAMS.
