As a Guest Experience Trainee, you’ll support the department across all required areas—including reservation management, guest guidance, and serving as a Kimpton ambassador. Your day-to-day responsibilities: \- Welcome guests warmly, promptly, and professionally—recognizing IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests. \- Handle general and unique guest requests. \- Analyze guest feedback and reviews to continuously improve overall ratings, scores, and metrics. \- Provide information on hotel services and facilities. \- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously. \- Collaborate with other departments according to hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service. \- Perform other assigned tasks such as room inspections, concierge services, guest special requests and needs, etc. What do we expect from you? \- Eligibility to sign an internship agreement. ### **Requirements** Proficiency in the local language and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. \- Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-oriented, and passionate about service.
