**YOUR MISSIONS**
As Regional IT Director, you play a key role in supporting the business activities of your region by ensuring high-performing, localized IT services aligned with local priorities.
You report to the Group CIO and are a member of the IT\&D Executive Committee. Your primary mission is to ensure user satisfaction within your region, manage local support and equipment management, and successfully deliver the portfolio of projects specific to your region.
You act as a true "Business Partner" to the Group's General Management teams within your scope. You ensure the quality of services delivered to users (Service Desk, Local Support), proper management of equipment lifecycle (Fleet Management), and alignment of IT solutions with local business needs — all while adhering to Group standards.
You actively contribute to the Group CIO’s overall strategy by reporting region-specific requirements for Europe and facilitating deployment of Group-wide solutions.
The main responsibilities of this position include leading, motivating, coordinating, and managing distributed IT teams across the region to achieve objectives defined under the IT\&D strategy; jointly defining, with local business teams, roadmaps for local application and infrastructure projects; participating in defining local support and equipment policies and implementing them within your region.
You ensure service continuity, customer satisfaction, and successful project execution within your scope at optimal cost.
**1\. MANAGEMENT:**
* Coordinate, manage, supervise, motivate, and develop teams distributed across your region. This team covers project management (deployments, integrations), User Support (Levels 1 and 2\), equipment fleet management (PCs, mobile devices, peripherals), and on-site local support.
* Define individual and collective objectives, monitor performance, conduct evaluation interviews, and identify training needs to maintain a high service level.
* Foster a collaborative work environment focused on "Customer Service" and results orientation.
* Ensure communication and coordination between local teams in your region, global IT\&D teams, and business units within your region.
* Supervise and drive team skill development.
* Lead, organize, plan, and control entity activities.
* Guide business units toward standard or innovative Group solutions that add local value while remaining consistent with the Group IS.
* Champion the roadmap defined jointly with other IT\&D Directors and business divisions.
* Develop the multi-year IT\&D roadmap for your region.
* Deliver this roadmap.
* Review the roadmap with the Co-Director of IT\&D.
**2\. PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
* Supervise and manage all project, support, and local support activities in your region, ensuring responsiveness and intervention quality for end users.
* Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to support (SLAs, user satisfaction, resolution times) and fleet management.
* Manage critical incidents affecting sites in your region, coordinating local and central teams for rapid resolution.
* Supervise management of equipment fleet (PCs, mobile terminals, industrial IT equipment): acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and renewal within your region.
* Negotiate departmental objectives and resources for your region.
* Build, defend, and monitor the regional IT budget.
* Oversee financial management (OPEX/CAPEX) of local entities, ensuring compliance with budgetary procedures.
* Manage relationships with local suppliers and integrators.
* Negotiate local service contracts and ensure adherence to commitments (supplier SLAs).
* Ensure alignment of local projects with the overall strategy (avoiding "Shadow IT").
* Establish and monitor activity dashboards for your region.
* Analyze and propose solutions to continuously improve productivity and user experience.
* Ensure compliance with internal governance rules (ITIL, Cybersecurity, Group Standards) within your region and its subsidiaries.
* Promote a culture of continuous service improvement.
* Ensure implementation and compliance with IT procedures and policies (including local GDPR compliance).
**PROFILE SOUGHT:**
This position requires a minimum of a Master’s degree (BAC\+5) in Information Systems or equivalent professional experience, plus at least 5 years’ experience managing IT teams — ideally in an international or multi-site context.
**Technical Skills**
* Proficiency in ITIL best practices, specifically Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, and Asset Management processes.
* In-depth knowledge of Service Desk environments and ticketing tools (ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow).
* Solid expertise in IT fleet management (workstations, mobility, MDM) and equipment lifecycle management.
* Proven project management skills (methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) for managing local deployments.
* Good understanding of local infrastructure issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, local server rooms) to interface effectively with technical experts.
* Knowledge of enterprise information systems (ERP, CRM) to support business deployments.
* Understanding of cybersecurity and data protection principles (GDPR).
* Proficiency in office and collaboration tools (Google Workspace / Office 365\).
* Ability to unite remote teams around a shared service vision.

* Strong leadership and ability to manage multicultural remote teams.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and diplomatic skills (managing relationships with subsidiary leadership).
* Ability to make decisions and prioritize effectively in a demanding operational environment.
* Strong results orientation and acute customer-centric mindset (Customer Centric).
* Ability to work autonomously and navigate a matrix organization.
* Analytical and synthetic thinking.
* Teamwork and promotion of cross-functional collaboration.
* Interpersonal skills and active listening.
* Intellectual curiosity and cultural openness.
* Availability and responsiveness.
* Adaptability to diverse local contexts.
