Academic background in Law, specializing in personal data protection or related fields such as information security. If your qualification is from outside Spain, it must be **officially recognized (homologated)** in Spanish territory. * **DPO certification** issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (or equivalent certifications: CIPP/E, CDPP) * **Minimum 3 years’ experience in data protection consultancy** within the public administration * Proficiency in GDPR, LOPDGDD, risk assessment tools (RAT), data protection impact assessments (EIPD), and security breach management * Ability to **translate complexity into clarity** **Most importantly:** you must believe that protecting data means protecting rights. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
