Preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes following instructions from the Head Chef. Support in organizing the assigned kitchen station and compliance with quality standards. Receiving, controlling, storing, and properly preserving raw materials. Collaboration in menu planning and preparation of mise en place. Strict compliance with food hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety regulations. Basic cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas. Stock control coordinated with the responsible person. Resolution of incidents under the supervision of the immediate supervisor. * Experience: 6 months. Minimum 6–12 months’ experience in professional kitchens (restaurants, hotels, or catering services) * MEDIUM-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Competencies / Knowledge: Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and commitment to service quality. Responsibility in complying with kitchen hygiene and safety regulations. Proactive, organized person with the ability to work under pressure, good communication skills, responsibility, and punctuality.
