The main responsibility will be comprehensive project management—both residential and unique—ensuring compliance with deadlines and budget. This includes supervising technical and economic execution, cost control, certification management, and subcontractor coordination. Detailed schedule tracking and continuous safety assurance will be essential. Effective communication skills with architects, clients, and other departments will be highly valued. The candidate will join a team working on significant local projects, offering stability and growth opportunities. A university degree in Technical Architecture or Engineering, plus at least five years’ experience as Site Manager in construction, is required. Proficiency in management tools such as Presto, AutoCAD, and Project, along with strong organizational and leadership abilities, is essential. University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years’ experience as Site Manager in construction (residential, hotels, or luxury residential). Proficiency in management tools (Presto, AutoCAD, Project). Strong organizational ability, team leadership, and incident resolution capability. Mobility required to manage projects across Málaga city.
