Joining a stable team **Position Title:** Cook for Traditional and Charcoal-Grilled Cuisine Restaurant **Location:** Calle Miguel Berrocal 24, Estación de Cártama (Málaga). **About Us:** La Bodega del Puente is a benchmark establishment in Estación de Cártama, renowned for its traditional, home-style cooking and its meats grilled over charcoal and on stone. We seek a professional passionate about high-quality ingredients and committed to excellence. **Main Responsibilities:** * Execute preparation and presentation of menu dishes. * Manage production sections (especially charcoal grill and hot sections). * Strict compliance with HACCP regulations and maintenance of order and cleanliness. **Requirements:** * Proven 2–3 years’ experience in traditional cuisine or grill restaurants. * **Expert experience in charcoal and grill handling.** * Training in cooking/gastronomy. * Residence in Cártama or personal vehicle. **Offered:** * Full-time contract (split shifts). * Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications. * Joining a stable team. * Meals included.
