




Job Summary: We are looking for a chef with experience in rice dishes and paellas for a restaurant with a segmented kitchen, preparing fresh products and Mediterranean specialties. La Ola is a restaurant offering an extensive menu, specializing in rice dishes and local seafood. The kitchen is highly segmented, and positions to be filled are in the appetizer station (clams, broken eggs, etc.) and the rice and paella station. In addition to preparing these dishes, we prepare all necessary products each morning for service; therefore, experience in fish cleaning and various recipes such as croquettes and stuffed tigers is strongly preferred. It is a very simple kitchen, relying on local and fresh ingredients that require minimal processing to deliver excellent results to customers; thus, high-level culinary experience is not required, but rather lifelong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work. The salary range is between €1,800 for slower months and up to €2,600 for busier summer months.
