If you are a proactive individual eager to learn and develop within the legal field, **THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY!** We are seeking a Legal/Administrative Intern who wishes to train and grow with us in a dynamic and collaborative environment. **What will you do?** * Comprehensive monitoring of judicial proceedings after notification of the judgment, managing collection and/or payment of amounts arising from the process (judicial deposits: deposits, principal, interest, and costs). * Drafting, processing, and filing judicial documents related to judgment enforcement, maturity dates, and other procedural actions. * Supervision and control of collection of principal, interest, and judicial costs through direct contact with court agents (procuradores) and courts (juzgados). * Management and processing of enforcement proceedings based on judicial titles.
