Demonstrable practical greenhouse experience is required, immediate availability, and a personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace. Training in Vocational Education and Training (VET) Intermediate Level in agriculture or related fields is valued. Working hours are part-time, mornings only. Salary follows the sector's collective bargaining agreement. The initial contract is temporary, but there is potential for continuity and, depending on performance, transition to the company's permanent staff.
