Your mission will be to manage the talent and well-being of Capitole’s consultants. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Managing the work team on-site at the client: * Group and individual follow-up meetings. * Annual evaluations and reviews. * Training, development, and career path management. * Contract signings, final settlements, onboarding, and offboarding. * Monitoring working hours, sick leave, holidays, expenses, etc. * Resolving incidents, answering questions, managing work permits, etc. **Requirements for a good match:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position or in generalist HR roles. * Experience managing people. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and customer orientation. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills. * **Minimum B2 level in English.
