This concept guides our culture, promoting care across three fundamental pillars: * **World:** protecting the environment. * **Animals:** improving animals’ lives. * **Community:** creating an inclusive and diverse environment for all people. **At Grupo IskayPet, we are looking for a trainee to join our Store Talent team in the People department at our offices in Málaga, who shares our purpose: the best for animals, the best for all.** **Requirements:** --------------- **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields. * Eligibility to sign a training agreement with an educational institution. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented individual. * Ability to collaborate effectively within a team. * Strong motivation, eagerness to learn, and readiness to face new challenges. **In which areas will you provide support?** **Talent Attraction:** * Supporting coordination with area leads to identify and address various hiring needs. * Assisting in defining job descriptions and job offers for recruitment processes, primarily for specialists in the animal care sector and others. * Collaborating on publishing and promoting job openings across multiple platforms and internally via our Growing Together program. * Supporting proactive candidate sourcing on specialized platforms. * Collaborating on values- and competency-based interviews for identified candidates to validate soft skills according to company standards. * Collaborating on scheduling interviews, validating candidates, and tracking applications. * Supporting onboarding of junior talent through partnerships with educational institutions. **Onboarding:** * Supporting execution and follow-up of onboarding activities. * Supporting tracking of the full employee lifecycle—from entry interviews, ongoing check-ins, to offboarding.
