




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Technician to manage recruitment processes, post job openings, contact candidate sourcing channels, and handle employment-related formalities. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of talent selection and acquisition processes 2. Drafting employment contracts and payroll administration 3. Academic training in Labor Relations, HR, Law, or Psychology **Description:** ---------------- Empatif is currently recruiting an HR Technician to perform the following tasks: * Posting and disseminating job openings; conducting candidate searches; and managing candidate databases under the guidance of the Senior Selection Technician. * Contacting the most suitable candidate sourcing channels according to the position profile, and liaising with responsible parties: job portals, vocational training centers, professional associations, schools, associations, etc. * Conducting all necessary interviews and selection tests under the supervision of the Senior Selection Technician. * Recording selection processes in systems: candidate evaluations, tests, interviews, performance, etc. * Managing labor-related matters: Social Security procedures (registrations and deregistrations), Red System management, Siltra system management; drafting employment contracts; processing company certificates and reporting to SEPE; calculating, preparing, reviewing, and validating payrolls.
