We are seeking personnel for the metal sector in the Valga (San Miguel) area. The position is with a leading industrial company, where duties include working in production areas such as machining, lacquering, and packaging, as well as logistics tasks: order preparation, goods handling, and forklift operation. The initial contract is temporary, with potential extension and transition to an indefinite intermittent contract. Working hours are full-time on rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, night, or split shifts. An annual gross salary of 24.000 euros is offered, paid in 14 installments, along with access to exclusive discounts, continuous training, and psychological support services. We seek dynamic individuals with manual dexterity and proficiency in using tools. Prior experience is not required but is valued. A valid Class B driver's license, personal vehicle, residence in Valga or nearby areas, and availability to work Monday through Friday on rotating shifts are mandatory. Experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes is also valued.
