Warehouse Manager **Warehouse Manager (Professional English)** **Job Title:** Warehouse Manager (Professional English) **Location:** Montmeló **Work Arrangement:** On-site**Responsibilities** **As Team Manager** * Monitor team members’ objectives and the action plan to achieve them, and identify training needs aligned with job requirements—particularly those mandated by operational requirements (e.g., forklift operators, aerial platform operators, handling of hazardous goods, etc.). * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for both personnel and facilities: * Know applicable regulations and certifications, comply with them, and enforce compliance. * Report any situation or anomaly that may pose a risk to facilities or personnel. * Manage equipment and facility maintenance and safety to ensure proper usage. **Operational Management:** * Implement and monitor quality control and continuous improvement tools in the warehouse: * Adjusting required tasks for warehouse maintenance and conditioning. * Keeping the warehouse clean and organized according to approved classification and location systems. * Establishing work methods, recording, and control procedures in the warehouse. * Proposing new processes to enhance operational optimization and efficiency. * Ensuring correct stock and flow management—from receipt through order picking to dispatch: * Monitor incoming deliveries: supervise unloading and packaging operations, as well as volume and quality control of goods received. * Supervise customer order picking, ensuring conformity, quality, and timely delivery. * Maintain the ERP system updated to accurately reflect actual conditions. * Safeguard storage conditions to ensure inventory availability. * Guarantee proper product storage, optimizing storage space while preserving product quality in accordance with regulatory requirements. * Define, conduct, and coordinate necessary inventories to minimize discrepancies in stock levels. * Supervise sample management. * Procure all materials required for warehouse operations. * Coordinate external warehouse operations, establishing necessary administrative procedures to guarantee the service level required by customers—including periodic stock reviews. * Waste management **Requirements** **Academic Qualification:** Vocational Degree in Warehouse Management (or equivalent proven experience suitable for the position) **Specific Training:** * Warehouse organization and management * Logistics * Occupational health and safety * GDP training * BDP * Food Safety (Good Hygiene Practices, Food Defence, Quality and Food Safety Culture) and Environment (Waste Management, Sustainable Best Practices, Disposal) * APQ **Specific Knowledge** * Stock and warehouse management * Procurement * Awareness of environmental best practices within the company * Food safety * Experience managing teams (minimum 10 employees) **Languages:** English (Advanced level); proficiency test will be administered **IT Skills:** * Intermediate-level Office suite (especially Excel) * D365 F&O, WMS, SAP **Professional Experience:** 5–7 years in a similar role **Residence:** Must reside near Montmeló **Location:**Barberà del Vallés, B, ES, 08210 **City:** Barberà del Vallés **Country/Region:** ES
