We are currently looking for a **foreman/warehouse manager** to support the supply, installation, maintenance, and cleaning of urban waste containers. **Mission:** Ensure the warehouse’s proper operational functioning through organizing, coordinating, and supervising the team’s daily work, guaranteeing order, safety, efficiency, and appropriate maintenance of facilities, tools, and materials, as well as compliance with safety and occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise the warehouse team’s daily work (up to 10 people). * Coordinate and assign tasks among team members, ensuring correct execution of assigned work. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper organization of workspaces within the warehouse. * Manage, safeguard, and monitor tools, equipment, and work materials. * Perform basic inventory management and stock control of materials and tools. * Supervise and review work carried out by the team and verify work reports. * Conduct periodic inspections of warehouse safety elements and facilities (first-aid kits, ladders, shelving units, fire extinguishers, climate control systems, etc.). * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and occupational health and safety (OHS) procedures. * Identify and report operational incidents or maintenance needs related to facilities. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations. * Promote a safe, organized, and efficient working environment. **Required Profile:** * Prior experience in warehouse, logistics center, or industrial environments. * Experience in coordinating or supervising work teams. * Leadership and people management skills. * Ability to plan and organize daily work. * Skill in supervising, monitoring, and controlling tasks. * Organized, methodical individual with a strong orientation toward order and efficiency. * Basic knowledge of inventory management, tool and material control. * Basic proficiency in Excel and computer tools. * Knowledge of and ability to apply occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations. * Ability to resolve daily operational incidents. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in companies providing urban services under concession agreements. **We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Remuneration according to collective agreement * Working hours: Monday–Friday, morning shift At **CONTENUR**, we are committed to offering and promoting equal employment opportunities.
