To strengthen our vacation rental operations in **Lanzarote**, we are looking to hire a **Villa Operations Assistant**, a key role to ensure proper stay management and daily coordination with suppliers and operational teams, guaranteeing excellent customer service at every stage of the trip. **Main Responsibilities:** * End-to-end reservation management: pre-arrival, stay (in-resort), and post-stay. * Coordination and monitoring of cleaning and maintenance suppliers. * Supervision and control of operational tasks (cleanings, incidents, repairs, etc.). * Incident management and tracking via internal IT system. * Emergency phone coverage outside regular working hours on a rotating basis, and handling of urgent incidents. **Requirements:** --------------- ***We need someone who...*** * Holds a Class B1 driver’s license (mandatory). * Has a high level of English (mandatory). * Knowledge of additional languages is a plus. * Prior experience in similar roles within hotels, vacation rentals, or DMCs is valued. ***And we’ll love it if you are...*** * An empathetic person with strong customer orientation. * A solution-oriented, committed individual with high engagement. * Organized, able to prioritize tasks, and skilled at teamwork. * Experienced in operational environments and incident management. ***We’re looking for talent to guarantee operational excellence at destination!***
