This is a temporary, part-time position involving making calls to acquire new users while consistently maintaining close and efficient customer interaction. The role requires daily use of computer and telephone tools to manage databases, resolve basic inquiries, and follow established protocols for direct contact. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to convey information clearly when speaking with customers. It is essential to maintain an organized and proactive attitude during calls, ensuring workflow meets set objectives. Work will take place in a dynamic and collaborative environment, with continuous support from coordination to perform tasks correctly. Availability for both in-person and online training, verbal communication skills, proficiency in office software, and telephone customer service skills.
