We are seeking a NOC Technician to expand our Technical Support team in Málaga. If you are a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience managing technical incidents, and you are looking for a role offering significant growth potential, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve incidents in coordination with relevant departments, such as internet connectivity or VoIP services. * Handle customer support tickets and phone calls to address inquiries or incidents. * Internally escalate or route incidents to the appropriate departments. * Monitor various network-provided equipment and services. * Manage access to different nodes within Olin’s network. * Support the configuration and commissioning of network devices, including routers, switches, OLTs, etc. **Requirements:** * Vocational training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in telecommunications, computer science, or related fields. * Minimum two years’ prior experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, FTTH fiber-optic networks, IP voice (VoIP), and Wi-Fi will be valued. Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira), GIS systems, and monitoring platforms (e.g., Zabbix) is also desirable. * English proficiency at B2 level.
