




Job Summary: We are seeking a bilingual professional (French and English) for technical support and customer service, managing and resolving inquiries from individual customers. Personalized and high-quality customer service We seek a professional with experience in technical support and customer service, fluent in French and English at an advanced level (C1+ or C2). The main responsibility will be to manage and resolve inquiries from individual customers via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, web chat, and WhatsApp. You will be required to deliver personalized and high-quality service, providing efficient support and resolving queries using available tools. Technical knowledge in IT, electricity, or electronics, as well as prior experience in similar roles, is highly valued. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. A stable project is offered, including continuous company-provided training and opportunities for professional development. The workplace is located at the Technology Park, and the position is 100% on-site.
