Your purpose will be to provide end-to-end support for the Certification Division’s recruitment cycle, ensuring we onboard professionals who make the world a safer place. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * **Recruitment Immersion:** You will support the full recruitment workflow—from drafting impactful job postings to reviewing CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews. * **Candidate Management (Candidate Experience):** You will be the first point of contact for many professionals with OCA Global, answering questions and managing their applications on our **Teamtailor** platform. * **Strategic Support:** You will assist in scheduling candidates and managing documentation required to ensure smooth and agile Certification processes. * **Innovation:** You will participate in optimizing recruitment processes using digital tools and exploring the potential of AI in recruitment. **What would we like to see in your profile?** * **Education:** University student pursuing a Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration (ADE), or Labour Relations (RRLL).
