We are currently seeking a Social Worker for regional programs: Humal and Basic Needs Assistance in Málaga. Main responsibilities include: * Providing information, reception, and social accompaniment to service users, and managing assistance programs. * Developing Individualized Social Inclusion Plans. * Drafting reports and preparing case files. * Monitoring and tracking financial assistance and maintaining user registries. * Conducting and monitoring social interventions (individual/family). * Supporting the preparation of documents or reports, technical justification records, and other required materials. * Designing intervention plans incorporating objectives related to training, employment, health, and personal autonomy; periodically reviewing progress and adjusting plans according to identified needs. * Accompanying users in essential administrative procedures, such as obtaining personal documentation, registration in the municipal census (empadronamiento), health cards, and social benefits, etc. * Acting as liaison with external educational, healthcare, and employment services, coordinating with public and private entities to ensure access to resources and opportunities for social integration. * Promoting independent living skills, such as financial management and healthy habits. * Other activities specified in the program. Offered: * Substitute contract covering a leave of absence. * Part-time schedule of 20.5 hours per week. * Salary: €14\.300 gross annual. **Profile:** Qualified in Social Work (Diploma and/or Bachelor’s degree) Knowledge and/or experience working with migrant populations. Previous experience in social intervention (individual/family). Computer literacy: proficient use of Word and Excel. Strong written communication skills. Active listening. Skills and knowledge for facilitating group dynamics. Knowledge of foreign languages (English and French) will be valued.
