Support in acquiring rental housing from private landlords or large property owners. **FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION (NON-EXHAUSTIVE):** * Acquisition of rental housing. * Implementation of strategies for searching and managing housing resources; implementation of strategies fostering cohabitation and community engagement. * Training and capacity-building in communication skills and strategies for housing search. * Support—either through direct management or accompaniment, depending on the individual’s competencies—in housing search activities, promoting relationship-building with landlords and real estate sector professionals. * Support—either through direct management or accompaniment—in administrative procedures ensuring access to rights: opening basic bank accounts, applying for subsidized internet rates, accessing socially discounted utility tariffs, energy efficiency measures, etc. * Neighborhood mediation. Individual, family, and group interventions aligned with the position’s defined objectives/mission. * Accompaniment to specialized services and support systems. * Inter-agency collaboration. Registration of case files for assisted families and individuals in the designated software application, including follow-ups and interventions carried out. * Team meetings.
