Job Summary: We are seeking a social media specialist trainer to deliver training on platforms, community management, and institutional communication. Key Highlights: 1. Promote dynamic, participatory, and results-oriented training. #### **Your Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be **responsible** for the following duties: * Deliver specialized training on **social media**, adapting content to learners’ levels and needs. * Explain the professional use of platforms such as **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, or other relevant digital tools**. * Teach fundamental **community management** strategies, content planning, post scheduling, and community engagement. * Introduce concepts related to **institutional communication**, particularly within local and municipal contexts. * Prepare didactic materials, practical exercises, and training resources oriented toward real-world application of knowledge. * Promote dynamic, participatory, and results-focused training. #### **Your Profile** * **Education:** Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Education, Training, or a related field. * **Prior Experience:** Experience delivering training, workshops, or educational activities related to social media, digital marketing, or community management. * **Technical Knowledge:** Professional proficiency in social media, content creation, post scheduling, metric analysis, and digital community management. * Experience as a **Community Manager** or within communications departments is highly valued. * Experience in **institutional communication, public administration, or municipal communication** is also positively considered. * Strong communication skills, pedagogical ability, learner orientation, and adaptability to diverse profiles. #### **Who We Are** We are a company that, since 2003, has specialized in Consulting, Training, Employment, and Advanced Services for businesses.
