We seek university graduates, especially in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (other degrees considered valuable), who have previously gained professional experience as a Scrum Master for at least three years; experience in the insurance sector is highly valued. The ideal candidate must hold certifications in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. Additionally, knowledge and practical application of widely adopted agile techniques—such as user stories, planning poker, test-driven development, continuous integration, pair programming, and automated testing—are required. Required tools include: Microsoft Azure DevOps (Jira is a plus), Miro, and Microsoft Office. Key competencies essential for success in this role include communication, customer orientation, teamwork, execution, resilience, and leadership capability. English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required; Italian is considered an asset. Holding a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher will be valued. What will you do? The Scrum Master profile joins the Transformation Area, specifically the Projects, Change Management and Agile Department, actively contributing to defining and evolving Agile methodologies, frameworks, and Lean-Agile practices aligned with the Reale Group. Some of the most specific responsibilities of a SCRUM MASTER: Support the implementation of Agile methodology within Reale España’s agile teams. Facilitate agile team events and ceremonies. Guide team progress and work efficiency. Collect and use metrics to steer teams toward continuous improvement. Coach agile teams to achieve self-organization and autonomy. Support Product Owners in visualizing progress, creating a transparent product backlog, and maximizing product value. Support company departments in driving agile transformation.
