Position:* ALCÁZAR DE SAN JUAN(CIUDAD REAL) * Published:09/03/2026 * Minimum Experience: 0 Months Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze the execution of automated processes, performing daily reviews in Blue Prism using a dual validation system (robots and work queues). * Record, classify, and document incidents detected during executions, managing them via tools such as JIRA or internal support channels. * Perform basic maintenance of RPA machines and environments, verifying status and availability, and handling minor operational incidents. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Business, Operations, Infrastructure, Architecture) to help resolve incidents and keep service planning aligned. * Support robot operational planning, managing movements between machines, transfers, scheduling adjustments, and preparing machines for testing. * Apply internal maintenance and support methodologies, including IT procedures and criteria for environment updates or stabilization. * Prepare operational reports and clear technical documentation, ensuring traceability and smooth communication of statuses and errors. * Respond to inquiries and communicate results to business users, providing basic functional support and ensuring appropriate response times.
