The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising the project, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. **Requirements:** **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in project and team management within the industrial, energy, or infrastructure maintenance sectors. **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent qualification. **Skills and Knowledge:** * Construction work and multidisciplinary team management * Cost, quality, and schedule control * Coordination with clients and suppliers * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and risk prevention * Proficiency in IT and automation processes **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitoring on-site work progress * Monthly billing and certification of works * Prioritized maintenance planning * Supporting permit and work order management * Tracking working hours * Preparing monthly reports on completed works * Human resource management * Requesting personnel, materials, and PPE * Reporting incidents **We Offer** * Initial 6-month contract with conversion to indefinite-term employment. * Opportunity to join a growing company with innovative national and international projects. * Professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and merit.
