Then what **Then****what** ------------------- As part of Extia’s growth, we are seeking a new talent to join our HR team in Barcelona. You will work for the French market. And concretely, what will you do? Supported and trained by an HR coach, you will independently handle all stages of recruitment and career management for our engineering consultants. After a few weeks of training, your responsibilities will include: 1️⃣ Understanding recruitment needs: Collaborate with the sales team to clearly define the profiles sought. 2️⃣ Talent sourcing: Identify top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels, and manage responses to job postings. 3️⃣ Candidate qualification: Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidates’ skills and motivation according to our criteria. 4️⃣ Conducting interviews: Hold in-depth interviews with engineers to identify their skills, understand their professional goals, and uncover their key motivators. 5️⃣ Recruitment process follow-up: Provide end-to-end candidate support throughout the entire process. 6️⃣ Career management: Oversee HR support for a team of consultants by delivering personalized, close-proximity guidance through regular career development reviews, enabling the creation of customized training plans. 7️⃣ Participation in HR initiatives: Contribute to diverse projects such as developing school partnerships (career fairs, CV workshops, interview simulations), employer branding management, and organizing internal events… But there’s more?
