Opportunity to grow and assume greater responsibility **Job Description** We are an urban accommodation company operating in **Tenerife**, **Madrid and Barcelona**, specializing in flexible stays (by the hour). We operate professionally, closely and respectfully, where order, customer service, and a positive atmosphere are essential for daily operations. We seek **responsible, solution-oriented individuals with a positive attitude**, who wish to join a stable and committed team and take on an important role in the establishment’s daily operations. You will be a **key figure** during your shift to ensure the premises operate smoothly, efficiently, and in a positive atmosphere. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Guest reception and customer service * Review and management of reservations * Responding to chats, messages, and incidents * Coordinating transportation and security services * Room management (check-in / check-out / availability control) * Cash handling, cash register closing, and basic administrative control * Ensuring compliance with internal regulations at the premises and among staff * Basic website updates (availability, operational information, etc.) * Maintaining a positive work environment and respectful interactions with guests, team members, and partner agencies **Candidate Profile** * Prior experience in reception, hostels, or customer service (highly desirable) * Organized, proactive, autonomous, and discerning individual * Proficient use of digital tools (reservations, WhatsApp, websites, email) * Ability to resolve incidents calmly and with common sense * Positive, professional attitude oriented toward teamwork and a relaxed atmosphere * Languages: Spanish and English **mandatory**, additional languages valued **What We Offer** * 40-hour weekly schedule with rotating shifts: nights (23:00–07:00) and evenings (15:00–23:00) * Two consecutive days off per week (rotating) * Monthly incentive bonus * Friendly, dynamic environment with a positive atmosphere * Opportunity to grow and assume greater responsibility Due to the location of our establishment, having your own car is recommended to facilitate transportation and avoid disruptions related to public transport.
