**Enjoybcn Apartments** is looking to hire a **Building Manager/Receptionist** with experience in the tourism sector and a clear customer service orientation. We are a growing company specializing in **tourist apartments**, and we seek a dynamic, proactive individual enthusiastic about joining an active and collaborative team. **Main responsibilities** * Managing guest **check\-in and check\-out**. * Managing **reservations** and handling email inquiries. * Providing customer support before, during, and after the stay. * Managing and tracking incidents (cleaning, maintenance, suppliers, etc.). * **Inspecting apartments** to ensure quality standards. * Traveling between apartments for supervision and operational management. **Essential requirements** * Minimum **2 years’ experience** in reception, building management or similar roles. * **Fluent English** (mandatory). * Proficiency in **Spanish**. * Valid **driver’s license and ability to ride a 125 cc motorcycle** (mandatory). * Knowledge of the hospitality industry and customer service. * Professional appearance, professional attitude, and excellent customer interaction skills. * Proactive, solution-oriented individual eager to work. **Preferred qualifications** * Knowledge of additional languages. **Employment conditions** * Rotating schedule between **08:00 and 23:00 h** (night shift rarely required). * Working **Monday through Sunday**, with **2 days off per week**. * Salary: **Starting from €22\.000 gross per year**.
