Drive company growth **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** MarketIT’s Commercial Department seeks to hire a Prospecting Sales Representative with a proactive attitude and results orientation. Your primary mission will be to generate and manage new sales business opportunities in strategic sectors, identifying business opportunities and proposing solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for persuasively presenting the company, products, and services; managing and updating the CRM; and identifying cross-selling opportunities across the group of companies—thereby driving company growth through customer prospecting, lead management, and opportunity follow-up. **Your main responsibilities will be**: * Identify and prospect new sales business opportunities in strategic sectors. * Identify business opportunities and propose solutions tailored to each client’s needs. * Present the company, products, and services clearly and persuasively, effectively communicating the value proposition. * Manage and update the CRM, ensuring effective tracking of contacts and leads. * Identify cross-selling opportunities within the group of companies to maximize the value of each client. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU TO CONQUER THIS CHALLENGE?** **Academic qualifications:** * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Commercial Management and Marketing or equivalent. **Additional qualifications (valued):** * Excel and office software (advanced level). * CRM and customer management (Odoo experience is a plus). * Prospecting and sales techniques. * Basic knowledge of computer networks. **Other requirements:** * Experience or knowledge in B2B sales, customer prospecting, and lead management, with the ability to identify commercial opportunities and present tailored solutions to each client. * English: B2 * Additional language (Italian, French): Valued * Spanish: Native * Class B1 driver’s license. **Prior experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, customer prospecting, and lead management using a CRM. **Technical knowledge:** * Proficiency in CRM and customer management tools (especially Odoo). * Knowledge of the B2B commercial environment and the sales cycle. * Advanced office software skills, especially Excel for lead management. **Personal/soft skills:** * Effective communication with clients and internal teams. * Proactivity and initiative to identify and generate new business opportunities. * Results orientation and focus on business development. * Persuasion skills and ability to handle objections. * Efficient organization and CRM and lead information management. * Teamwork and coordination with other departments. * Adaptability and resilience in response to rejection or market changes. * Capacity for continuous learning. **HOW WILL THE SELECTION PROCESS WORK?** **Interview with:** * Commercial Department Coordinator and Head of People & Development Department. **WHO ARE WE?** With the merger of MarketIT and Gote, Grupo Etic—a corporate group uniting complementary capabilities, sector-specific expertise, and a shared vision in telecommunications and IT technology—was born.
