You will not only manage processes. You will manage people, results, and growth. **Main Responsibilities:** Organize and coordinate the packaging team. Assign tasks and resolve operational issues. Supervise timelines, productivity, and quality. Participate in team training and development. Collaborate in recruitment processes. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Propose improvements and optimize processes. Prepare reports and communicate results to other departments.
