The role involves managing and delivering projects from concept through implementation while collaborating with cross\-functional stakeholders. The position may also include mentoring junior team members and contributing to the successful execution of strategic initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify, develop, and implement short\- and long\-term business strategies related to the development of new products, technologies, services, and market opportunities. * Analyze markets, identify licensing opportunities, and assess the feasibility of business and product development initiatives. * Conduct economic analyses for new or improved product opportunities. * Develop business models and analyze market trends to support long\-term growth prospects. * Collaborate with internal departments to identify and execute business development projects. * Work with sales, marketing, and potential customers to understand their needs. * Continuously communicate project progress, goals, and key updates to relevant stakeholders. **Differentiating Factors:** **Autonomy** Established and productive individual contributor. Works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments. **Organizational Impact** Sets objectives for own job area to meet the objectives of projects and assignments. Contributes to the completion of project milestones.
