We are currently expanding our team and seeking to hire a Technical Services Manager for the Maintenance Department, whose primary mission will be to plan, coordinate and supervise the hotel’s technical operations, ensuring proper facility functionality, personnel safety, and compliance with the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: * Organize, coordinate and supervise the work of the Technical Services Department. * Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Supervise the proper operation of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pools and general equipment. * Manage and coordinate the technical team under your supervision. * Coordinate and supervise work carried out by external companies and suppliers. * Manage procurement, stock control and efficient use of materials and spare parts. * Monitor technical incidents and ensure their timely and appropriate resolution. * Coordinate with other departments to minimize the impact of incidents on hotel operations. * Prepare and complete departmental records, reports and controls. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, security, environmental and statutory maintenance requirements. * Propose technical improvements and facility optimization measures. **Requirements:** --------------- * Prior experience as Maintenance Manager or Technical Services Manager in hotels or similar facilities. * Technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, HVAC, general maintenance and swimming pools. * Experience in team management and leadership. * Capacity for planning, organization and operational control. * Basic knowledge of technical regulations and occupational health and safety standards. * Proficiency in computer tools for management and control.
