A restaurant group with multiple establishments seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee technical incidents at restaurants, coordinate with external providers, and provide administrative and technical support for the opening of new locations. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant teams on all matters related to maintenance and regulatory compliance. **Responsibilities** * Receive and manage technical incidents reported by restaurants. * Contact and coordinate with providers (electricity, plumbing, HVAC, machinery, etc.). * Schedule and track appointments for incident resolution. * Supervise completed work and monitor response times. * Review and validate supplier invoices. * Manage and submit technical and administrative documentation to public authorities. * Provide technical support during the opening of new locations. * Knowledge of and compliance with basic regulations applicable to food service establishments (particularly maximum decibel levels). **Requirements** * Prior experience in a similar role (experience in the restaurant sector or multi-location operations is advantageous). * General knowledge of maintenance and installations. * Basic understanding of regulations related to establishment openings. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple incidents simultaneously. * Good interpersonal skills when dealing with suppliers and strong communication abilities. * Problem-solving, proactive, and responsible profile. * Basic proficiency with computer tools. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical education (Vocational Training, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent). * Experience in establishment openings. * Familiarity with the restaurant industry. **Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing restaurant group. * A stable position offering autonomy and responsibility. * Working hours, contract type, and salary to be determined based on candidate profile and experience.
