Job Summary: Grupo Innova is seeking an N1 Support Technician for maintenance and incident resolution on electronic bingo equipment, with participation in technological planning. Participation in technological planning and maintenance At Grupo Innova, we are a leading company in the gaming industry, experiencing strong growth both nationally and internationally with **AZULRED (Electronic Bingo).** We are looking to hire an **N1 Support Technician for our offices in Catalonia (Granollers).** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Travel to locations where Azulred operates to perform monitoring and maintenance of machines. \- Resolve reported incidents following a predefined operational procedure (both hardware and software). \- Record all necessary information to ensure proper functioning of all IT systems. \- Participate in planning and maintenance of the technology infrastructure and provide customer support during on-call services. **Minimum Requirements:** \- MANDATORY: Driver's License \- Medium-level vocational training in Information Technology and Telecommunications \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a support technician. \- Knowledge in Microinformatics \- Assembly and maintenance of computer equipment \- Structured cabling installations \- Availability from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €21,000.00–€23,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Reduced working hours on Fridays Application Questions: * Are you available to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.? * Are you available to travel to our Granollers offices?
