Participation in technological planning and maintenance At Grupo Innova, we are a leading company in the gaming industry, experiencing strong growth both nationally and internationally with **AZULRED (Electronic Bingo).** We are looking to hire an **N1 Support Technician for our offices in Catalonia (Granollers).** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Travel to locations where Azulred operates to perform monitoring and maintenance of machines. \- Resolve reported incidents following a predefined operational procedure (both hardware and software). \- Record all necessary information to ensure proper functioning of all IT systems. \- Participate in planning and maintenance of the technology infrastructure and provide customer support during on-call services. **Minimum Requirements:** \- MANDATORY: Driver's License \- Medium-level vocational training in Information Technology and Telecommunications \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a support technician. \- Knowledge in Microinformatics \- Assembly and maintenance of computer equipment \- Structured cabling installations \- Availability from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €21,000.00–€23,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Reduced working hours on Fridays Application Questions: * Are you available to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.? * Are you available to travel to our Granollers offices?
