Familiarity with Agile methodology will be highly valued. Experience with one or more of the key activities described below will be considered a plus. * Maintenance Management: Analysis of improvements, evaluation, monitoring, and coordination of ServiceNow maintenance and evolutionary activities with the various stakeholders involved in ServiceNow governance processes. Evaluation of deliverables and quality of service provided by third parties. * Change Management and Production Deployments: Management of changes, validation of technical and functional deliverables, supervision of the ServiceNow platform status and IT Service Management tools, coordinated with various vendors and service and process managers. * Testing and Functional Validation: Design and execution of user acceptance testing for new functionalities. Validation of changes in pre\-production and production environments. Coordination of testing with key users and business owners. * Technical and Functional Documentation: Maintenance of up\-to\-date technical documentation for the platform. Development of user manuals, configuration guides, and operational procedures. Version control and centralized storage of documentation. * ServiceNow Administration and Configuration: Resolution of incidents and requests, and maintenance of data in the CMDB.
