Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technician for temporary support, managing incidents and administering systems and hardware. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of computer equipment and hardware **Description:** ---------------- At Experience IT Solutions, we continue to grow and are looking to hire an IT Technician to provide temporary coverage during a leave of absence, with an estimated duration of at least 4 months, starting at the end of May. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * End-user technical support (on-site) * IT incident management and resolution * Basic administration of Microsoft systems and environments * Configuration and maintenance of computer equipment * Support for ticketing tools * Hardware management (laptops, printers, videoconferencing systems) **What do we offer?** * Minimum 4-month contract. * Immediate onboarding at the end of May * Morning intensive work schedule * Positive work environment and collaborative team **Requirements:** --------------- * Advanced level of English (mandatory) * Prior experience in IT support * Knowledge of ITIL * Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft environments: Windows 10 and 11 Windows Server Active Directory Microsoft 365 * Hardware knowledge: Laptop repair Printer configuration Videoconferencing systems At eXperience, we champion equal opportunities and diversity.
