




An IT and printing support technician is required to provide technical support for computer systems and printing equipment in the Ondara area. This is a full-time, on-site position with regular working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 to 17:30, and Fridays from 8:00 to 15:00. During July and August, working hours are adjusted to 8:00 to 15:00. Main responsibilities include providing technical assistance both remotely from the support center and on-site at client facilities. This covers resolving incidents related to operating systems, networks, and printing equipment, as well as maintaining clear and effective communication with users and clients. A medium or higher vocational qualification in Microcomputer Systems and Networks is required. Solid knowledge of operating systems such as Windows and Linux, as well as computer networking (configuration, diagnostics, and maintenance), is essential. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are also valued, along with a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in printer repair, IT maintenance, and the technology sector will be considered favorably.
