Position Summary: We are seeking a bilingual IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of local information systems, coordinating and leading IT staff and managing infrastructures. Job Description We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish and French) IT Manager with the following responsibilities: Actively contribute to the smooth operation of local information systems by ensuring up-to-date maintenance of local tools, system, network and security infrastructures, and software applications, aiming to guarantee quality, productivity and security, acting as liaison with central IT teams. Serve as liaison with central IT teams in France (service delivery, security) to report incidents, problems, escalated requests, as well as planned projects and enhancements. In addition to supervision and team motivation: * Coordinate, manage and motivate department staff. * Distribute workload—both volume and scheduling—within the department. * Lead, organize, plan and control departmental activities. * Planning, organization, management * Establish and monitor workload plans. * Negotiate departmental objectives and resources. * Oversee financial management (recurring and project-based), ensuring compliance with budgetary procedures. * Ensure alignment between projects and applications under the manager’s responsibility and those of other departments. * Establish and supervise performance dashboards. * Analyze and propose solutions to continuously improve departmental productivity. * Quality and security: \- Lead implementation and ensure compliance with quality assurance and information system security procedures and methods. * Communication: \- Communicate with functional management of the entity. \- Communicate internally within the entity (corporate communications, IT developments, etc.). \*OTHER SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES: \*Management of general company infrastructures: leasing, equipment, supplies, vendors.
