A national leader in fleet management and mobility solutions **Job Offer:** IT Analyst – Fleet Management in Madrid **Contract Type:** Permanent **Working Hours:** Full-time **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Description** We are looking for an IT Analyst to join our technical team in Madrid, with experience in data analysis, ERP systems handling, and administration of monitoring and logging platforms—particularly the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). The selected candidate will be responsible for administering and configuring the daily operation of our monitoring solutions, as well as integrating them with embedded mobility applications via APIs and with our advanced fleet enterprise management systems. **Main Responsibilities** \- Administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). \- System monitoring, log analysis, and proactive incident detection in back-office environments. \- Integration of logging and monitoring solutions with embedded mobility applications via APIs. \- Integration and exploitation of data from ERP systems. \- Data analysis and processing, ETL processes, cleaning, filtering, visualization, and generation of technical and functional reports. \- Advanced use of Excel for analysis, reporting, and task automation. \- Support for the continuous improvement of observability systems and platform performance. **Requirements** \- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems, or related field. \- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, or Power Query is a plus). \- Solid knowledge of databases (SQL), operating systems, and automation tools. \- Experience with the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). \- Experience in administration of monitoring and logging systems. \- Experience handling ERP systems. \- Knowledge of API consumption and integration. \- Analytical ability, results orientation, and attention to detail. \- Strong communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience with Odoo or similar open-source ERPs. \- Experience in mobility, IoT, or embedded systems environments. \- Knowledge of databases and/or scripting (Python, Bash, etc.). \- Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). **What We Offer** \- Opportunity to join a growing company in the national mobility and fleet management sector. \- Stable project with strong technological components. \- Positive work environment and multidisciplinary team. \- Starting salary range: €24,000 Send your CV to empleo@echofer.es with subject line “IT Analyst – ELK”.
