Opportunity to develop analytical and pricing management skills A hotel group located in Extremadura is looking to hire a full-time receptionist with prior experience to help us grow and improve our hotels. The candidate must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, analytical ability, professional appearance, seriousness, and responsibility. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Register guests, assign rooms, and block reserved rooms. Know and communicate room status, type, and location, participating in their coordination and maintenance. Provide guests with all requested information and services during their stay (including external services), in accordance with organizational guidelines. Inform relevant departments of last-minute changes, such as room changes, stay extensions, malfunctions, etc. Process guest billing, including services provided by other departments and centralized in this department. Manage pricing plans for different seasons. Analyze competitors. Handle guest complaints and claims, reporting them to the front office manager for resolution. Manage daily work logs and audits. Prior front desk experience is mandatory. Tourism-related education. Basic computer literacy. Required languages: Spanish, English.
