If you are interested, please apply and we will contact you.**Some of your responsibilities will include:** Function 1: TEAM LEADERSHIP * Identify staffing needs and participate in the selection process, as well as in the onboarding of new hires. * Identify team training needs and communicate them to Management. * Supervise trainees. * Supervise and verify task assignments and scheduling of shifts/vacations, as well as other matters related to operations (variable pay, overtime, absences, etc.), keeping the Director informed. * Conduct performance evaluations of the team under their supervision, providing constructive feedback. Function 2: PATIENT CARE * Manage non-clinical demands, complaints, and incidents requiring intervention by General Services Management, depending on their level of complexity. * Visit all departments within the facility to monitor activities and resolve contingencies or incidents in cooperation with supervisors.
