Position Summary: We are seeking a Front Office Intern for Hyatt Centric Gran Vía Madrid to participate in daily front office operations and deliver an authentic guest experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in check-in/check-out and call management. 2. Collaborate with all hotel departments. 3. Be a Hyatt Centric ambassador with passion for the hospitality industry. Summary Welcome to Hyatt Centric Gran Vía Madrid—the most adventurous 5\* urban hotel in the heart of Madrid. We are looking for a Front Office Intern to join our team. Unleash your inner explorer and help our guests experience the most authentic Madrid. What will you do on a daily basis with us? * Perform guest check-in and check-out functions, ensuring accurate registration data is maintained in OPERA. * Assist in handling internal and external hotel calls—answering inquiries regarding reservations, group bookings, or liaising with external partners interested in collaborating with the hotel. * Support luggage reception and care for guests’ belongings in a proper and secure manner. * Address guest questions and concerns. For us, attention to detail is critical—requiring you to stay informed about emerging trends in leisure and culture in Madrid. * Work cross-functionally with all hotel departments to gain a 360-degree understanding of how our hotel operates. Qualifications What would we like you to bring to us? * This internship is full-time; therefore, a formal collaboration agreement with your school/institution is mandatory. * Internship shifts will be either morning or afternoon, rotating Monday through Sunday. * Our typical guests are international; thus, advanced English proficiency is essential (assessed during the interview). International experience (e.g., Erasmus) is a plus. * We value teamwork and eagerness to learn.
