Interpretation of blueprints and execution control **Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation works, seeks to hire 3 Foremen – Construction Projects in Almería. **Work Location** -------------------- * Almería Address: CALLE ACEBO S/N BAJO Work will be carried out primarily at construction sites distributed across the province of Almería; occasionally, office-based tasks will be performed at TRAGSA GROUP’s offices in Almería. **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support Tragsa’s site supervisors and foremen. * Organize and schedule, together with the Site Supervisor, the tasks to be carried out on site and in the office. * Interpret blueprints, perform measurements and layout surveys. * Assist in construction execution control and personnel supervision, as well as completion and certification of monthly reports. * Support compliance with occupational health and safety measures on site, including informing staff about the use of PPE and safety procedures. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Applicants must substantiate compliance with the requirements by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the selection process): * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment record and/or employment contract verifying required professional experience. * Academic practice annexes, where applicable, verifying required academic experience. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish official Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate (FPI), Baccalaureate, BUP or COU, or Higher-Level Vocational Training Certificate (FPII) (equivalent qualifications recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), in a specialty enabling performance of the duties described in this position. ### **Prior Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in the position offered (such experience must be documented in the application via CV and updated employment record). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license, category B. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Certified training in Microsoft Office suite. * Certified training in Presto. * Certified training in AutoCAD. ### **Prior Experience** * Between 1 and 3 years of experience performing duties typical of this role, including supporting site supervisors, interpreting blueprints, carrying out measurements and layout surveys, and controlling construction execution and on-site personnel. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Personal vehicle. **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Temporary contract with an estimated duration of 9 months, linked to implementation of the assignment detailed in this announcement under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan or funded by European Union funds. + Full-time working hours.
