Job Summary: We are seeking a production professional for precise manual tasks on the food sector production line, including machinery supervision and adjustments, within a positive and dynamic work environment. Positive and dynamic work environment We require a production professional for food industry operations in Alcázar de San Juan. Main responsibilities include direct operation on the production line, performing manual tasks requiring precision. Machinery performance will also be supervised, with minor adjustments carried out and any issues reported promptly to maintain production pace. Applicants must have completed a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle and possess at least three months of factory experience, preferably in the food industry. A personal vehicle is mandatory for commuting to the workplace, and full availability for rotating shifts—including mornings, afternoons, and nights—is required. A daily contract with continuity is offered, providing a degree of stability. Economic conditions will follow the sector’s collective agreement. The position is based in a positive and dynamic work environment where each individual’s dedication is highly valued. Personal vehicle required to commute to the workplace. Full availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Minimum 3 months’ prior factory experience, preferably in the food industry. Qualification: Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle.
